Join the Circular Mentorship Program The Circular Mentorship Program is a year-long program that unites practiti= oners in engineering and geoscience professions and build trusting relation= ships among less experienced and more-experienced members together, to offe= r guidance, support, and encouragement aimed at developing the competence a= nd character.
