Manitoba Government Introduces Bill 51 to Better Align Regulations Across Jurisdictions
The Manitoba government has announced the introduction of Bill 51 - The Limitation Act, which would repeal and replace the outdated Limitations of Actions Act with a simpler, modern act that would enhance access to justice and make it easier to do business in Manitoba. Ingenium 2021 Call for Abstracts
Planning is underway for Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba's annual Ingenium conference to be held in a virtual format in October 2021. The Association welcomes abstracts for presentations on any topic related to engineering and geoscience and the professionals who practise in those fields. Future City Experience Panel Discussion: Live Q&A - March 17, 2021
As part of National Engineering and Geoscience Month, you are invited to join Future City Experience participants for a live panel discussion where attendees will get a chance to meet engineers and scientists who have helped us get to the Moon and beyond! Not only will participants learn more about engineering and how they can explore a career in STEM, but they will also get specific tips from the panel of experts on things they need to think about as they design their lunar cities. While the Q&A is geared to students in grades 6 to 8 participating in the Future City Experience, registration is open to anyone interested in space exploration and careers in STEM.
