Centennial Video Series Launch
As we approach the end of our Centennial year, watch our Centennial Video Series to recognize and celebrate this important milestone for our professions as we highlight how 100 years of the life's work and community initiatives of engineers and geoscientists have made life work better in Manitoba.
Last Call to Submit Your Award Nominations!
Get your nominations in by February 15 for the 2021 Awards! Honours are presented in a variety of categories and recognize outstanding Manitoba engineers and geoscientists, teams, and employers. Information about the awards and nomination forms can be found on our website.
Ingenium 2021 Call for Abstracts
Planning is underway for Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba's annual Ingenium conference to be held in a virtual format for October 2021. The Association welcomes abstracts for presentations on any topic related to engineering and geoscience and the professionals who practise in those fields. The Association is working with the Province of Manitoba and other sectors to develop and deliver training to enable our practitioners to incorporate climate change resilience into their practice. Join us for this online engagement session on February 23, 2021, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. for the opportunity to share your expertise and advice to help prepare our province for what promises to be a challenging future. Nominating Committee - Multiple Positions
The Association is still accepting candidates to join the Nominating Committee. If you are interested in getting involved with the Association but can't commit to lots of meetings, this committee typically only meets three to four times in the spring. Professional Development Opportunities
