FOR THE PUBLIC
Complaints
Complaints made to Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba are classified into two broad categories:
- Discipline (Complaint Against a Member)
- Enforcement (Unauthorized Practice)
Published Discipline Proceedings may follow the investigation process.
Discipline
Any member of the public may make a complaint against one of the Association's members or holders of a certificate of authorization. Complaints against members must indicate the actions by that member which are alleged to meet the Act's definition of Professional Misconduct or Unskilled Practice. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Association and will be forwarded to the Investigation Committee for their consideration.
